ISA PROJECT – ANIMALS DAY OUT

Students collected information on different varieties of animals found in different countries with the help of the teacher and they made their own clay models of animals of different countries. Teachers explained the homes of animals around the world using PPT and coloring work sheets was done based on the PPT. Students were taken to a farm to see the animals, count them and note their features. Then they  collected the pictures of animals observed and prepared a scrap book mentioning the numbers noted. Students made stick puppets and animal masks with the help of the teacher to enhance their knowledge about the external body features of different animals. A “Jungle Safari” was celebrated in which students  dressed up like different animals and wore the masks.
